Principal uses specified as permitted uses or conditional uses for a district by the Zoning District Regulations shall be deemed to include accessory uses and activities identified by these regulations and such other accessory uses that are necessarily and customarily associated with and are appropriate, incidental, and subordinate to such principal uses.
