Within sixty (60) days after filing of a completed application, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a public hearing on such application for a Conditional Use permit. Notice shall be given as prescribed in Section 5.800. At the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall review the application and shall receive pertinent evidence concerning the proposed use and the proposed conditions under which it would be operated or maintained, particularly with respect to the findings prescribed in Section 5.450.
