Comprehensive Land Use Plan changes are subject to the same procedural requirements outlined in Section 5.200, Zoning Amendments. Private parties requesting such a change are subject to the established fee. The Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council may initiate a Comprehensive Land Use Plan change. No fee shall be applicable.
