§ 13-17.7

Permit Fees.

Permit fees to erect, alter or relocate a sign shall be in accordance with the fee schedule adopted within the Township of Lafayette.
a. 
The requirement for a permit fee shall not apply to:
1. 
Window signs.
2. 
Political signs.
3. 
Temporary real estate signs.
4. 
Temporary sign for public or nonprofit organization purposes.
5. 
A-frame signs.
6. 
Temporary construction signs.
7. 
Temporary holiday season signs.
8. 
Special award of distinction or recognition signs.
