Each commercial use shall provide off-street loading space in the side or rear of the principal building at the rate of one accessible 10-foot-by-35-foot off-street loading space for each 5,000 square feet of gross floor area or fraction thereof in each building. Where in the judgment of the Land Use Board the provision of an off-street loading space will be detrimental to the character of the Village Commercial Zone, the requirement for a separate off-street loading space may be waived.
