The purpose of the Affordable Housing (AH-1) District is to provide a realistic opportunity for the construction of affordable housing as part of a comprehensively planned housing development, in conformance with the Township's approved Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and the regulations of this chapter governing affordable housing.
