As a condition of any approval that may be granted for development in the AH-2/LC District, the applicant/developer shall post a performance and restoration bond to ensure that all improvements approved are constructed and/or to provide sufficient funding for site restoration if approved development is commenced and not completed. The performance and restoration bond amount shall be subject to approval by the Township Engineer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the development may be phased in accordance with a phasing plan to be approved by the Land Use Board, in which case only the improvements for each phase need to be bonded.
