§ 13-12.2

Conditional Uses Permitted.

The following uses shall be permitted in all HC Zones subject to review and approval by the Land Use Board in accordance with the provisions of § 13-14:
a. 
Conditional uses permitted in the VC Zone, Subsection 13-11.2.
b. 
Motor vehicle service station in accordance with § 13-14b5.
