§ 13-13.1

Principal Uses and Buildings Permitted.

a. 
Light industrial uses.
b. 
Offices.
c. 
Scientific or research laboratories devoted to research, design or experimentation and processing and fabrication incidental thereto.
d. 
Warehousing provided such activities and inventories are conducted entirely within an enclosed structure, or are conducted in open yard areas which are adequately screened from view from adjacent lots and roads.
e. 
Wholesale establishments.
f. 
Agricultural uses in accordance with Subsection 13-8.1b.
g. 
Public facility subject to concept plan review by the Land Use Board.
h. 
Public open space.
i. 
Self-storage.
j. 
Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4 cannabis license establishments as defined in P.L. 2021, c. 16 known as the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act codified at N.J.S.A. 24:6I-31 et seq., subject to Chapter 15 governing cannabis establishments operating within Lafayette Township.
