Each commercial use shall provide an off-street loading space on the side or rear of the principal structure at the rate of one accessible space ten-foot-by-thirty-five-foot off-street loading space with adequate ingress and egress for each 5,000 square feet of gross floor area (GFA) or fraction thereof in each structure.
