All roads and parking for residential development shall conform to the requirement of N.J.A.C. 5:21-1.1 et seq., the NJ Statewide Residential Improvement Standards (RSIS).
There may be, subject to Land Use Board approval and the approval of the State Department of Transportation and the County of Sussex, a roadway connection between residential and nonresidential development in the AH-2/LC District. The roadways shall be designed to prevent the general public from using the development's residential roads as a cut through to avoid the signalized intersection of Sunset Inn Road and Route 15. Such design features may include a gate (with a fob or other similar equivalent) to restrict access to residences at one access point, but permitting the general public to access the residential development at the other access point.
