Parking.

The required minimum number of parking spaces shall be as follows:

Financial institutions | 1/225 sq. ft. GFA |
Financial institutions with drive-up windows | 1/250 sq. ft. GFA plus 8 lane spaces per drive-up window |
Office, business | 1/250 sq. ft. GFA |
Business offices | 1/200 sq. ft. GFA |
Medical offices | 1/150 sq. ft. GFA |
Restaurants | 1/3 seats |
Restaurants (fast food) | 1/100 sq. ft. GFA |
Clubs, houses of worship and public assembly uses | 1/2.5 seats |
Theaters | 1/3 seats |
Mortuary or funeral home | 1/50 sq. ft. GFA |
Residential | 2/dwelling unit |
For uses not listed above, the standard which applies to the most similar use shall apply. | |
