§ 13-3.2
Zoning Map.
a.
The Zone District boundaries described in Subsection 13-3.3 of the Township's Zoning Ordinance are hereby established as shown on the currently adopted map entitled "Zoning Map of the Township of Lafayette," including all amendments which is hereby made a part of this chapter and supplemented by the "Gateway Area" and Gateway Overlay Zone" maps attached as Exhibits "A" and "B." (The Zoning Map and Exhibits are on file in the Borough offices.)

Zoning Map Amendments.
1.
Ordinance No. 2015-09, adopted September 1, 2015: The existing Lafayette Township Official Zoning Map is hereby revised by including Block 14.01, Lots 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 in the R-4 Residential Zone instead of the LI Zone, and the Township Official Zoning Map shall be so revised.

Ordinance No. 2016-16, adopted October 4, 2016: Exhibit 1: the existing Lafayette Township Official Zoning Map is hereby revised by including Block 9, Lot 21.01 in the AH-2/LC Residential Affordable Housing/Limited Commercial District, and the Township Official Zoning Map shall be so revised.

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2018-05, GC-Golf Course District, is hereby deleted in its entirety and any such area previously zoned GC is hereby rezoned as R-5.0. A revised Township Zoning Map shall be created to confirm this change.

Ordinance No. 2020-06 revised the Zoning Map to include Block 15, Lot 26 and Block 7, Lot 16 in the VC Commercial District.

Ordinance No. 2021-16 revised the Zoning Map by designating Block 8, Lots 17.01, 17.02, 26.01, 26.02, 26.04 and 26.05 Inclusionary Multi-Family (IMF) Overlay Zone, as shown on the exhibit attached hereto entitled “The Shoppes at Lafayette - IMF Overlay Zone” and dated June 2021.
