All uses are subject to site plan review and approval. A site plan prepared in accordance with standards and requirements established by this chapter and the Township site plan approval ordinance shall be submitted to the Land Use Board with every application for a building permit for construction of a new building or alteration of an existing building. Site plan approval shall also be required before a certificate of occupancy is issued for any change of use.
