§ 13-8B.8

Gateway Overlay Zone.

[Ord. No. 2016-16 § 1]
The AH-2/LC District is situated within Lafayette Township's GOZ, Gateway Overlay Zone and the Township's GCD, Gateway Commercial District.
a. 
All residential development in the AH-2/LC District shall conform to the requirements of the GOZ, § 13-13C.
b. 
All nonresidential development in the AH-2/LC District shall conform to the requirements of the GCD, § 13-13D.
c. 
All development in the AH-2/LC District shall conform to the design standards found at § 12-8.
