§ 13-11.7

Parking.

a. 
For commercial uses, one parking space shall be provided for each 200 square feet of gross floor area of the portion of the building used for commercial purposes, and two spaces shall be provided for each apartment unit. Such parking shall be provided in the rear yard of the subject property and/or in the rear yard of an adjacent commercial property provided the adjacent property is in a VC Zone and contains sufficient parking for its own use independent of the parking to be shared.
b. 
There shall be provided sufficient parking to accommodate the maximum demand without use of on-street curb side spaces, driveways, lawn area or other areas not designated and constructed as parking spaces.
