§ 13-8.2

Conditional Uses Permitted.

The following conditional uses shall be permitted:
a. 
Public facilities.
b. 
House of worship subject to the requirements of § 13-14b1 of this chapter.
c. 
Schools provided that all such schools meet the highest, current published standards of lot size and building construction of the New Jersey Department of Education and comply with the requirements of § 13-14b2 of this chapter.
d. 
Essential services subject to the requirements of § 13-14b3.
e. 
Community residences for developmentally disabled, victims of domestic violence, terminally ill, persons with head injuries and adult family care homes for elderly persons and physically disabled adults as provided for in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-66.1 et seq.
f. 
Family day care homes as provided in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-66.5b et seq.
g. 
Elder Cottage Housing Opportunity (ECHO) Dwelling Unit in accordance with § 13-14b10.

h. 
Cannabis growing, production and manufacturing, in the R-5.0 Zone only, subject to the requirements of § 13-14b9 and Chapter 15 governing cannabis establishments operating within Lafayette Township.
