Criteria for Cluster Development.
[1972 Code § 21-1001.2]
a.
Minimum tract size not less than 10 acres;
b.
Minimum lot size and yard requirement — to be determined by the Planning Board on an individual basis taking into consideration the following:
1.
Character of surrounding area;
2.
Overall design of development;
3.
Nature and extent of open space;
4.
Availability of utilities, public water and sewers; and
5.
Environmental criteria.
c.
Housing type — the same as allowed in the zone.
