All residential subdivisions, new residential development and new single-family dwellings shall be required to install two (2) four (4") inch PVC conduit lines along all property frontages.

All non-residential properties may also be required to install two (2) four (4") inch PVC conduit lines along all property frontages. This requirement will be at the discretion at the Planning or Zoning Board.

For all conduits required, the location and depth of installation of the conduit lines shall be approved by the Township Engineer and shall be, if feasible, in the public right of way. If the Township Engineer determines, at the Township Engineers sole discretion, that the conduit cannot be placed in the public right of way, the property owner shall provide the Township with a permanent easement along all property frontages and install the conduit lines within said easement. one (1) four (4") inch PVC shall also be installed from the property frontage to each dwelling.
