[1972 Code § 21-1012]
Restaurants possessing plenary retail consumption licenses shall be permitted in the LI-1, LI-5, M-1, and M-5 Zones, subject to the following conditions:
a. The minimum lot size shall be one acre.
b. The property shall have frontage on a major arterial roadway as classified in the Piscataway Township Master Plan.
c. A buffer area of at least 75 feet in width shall be provided if the property abuts a residential use or zone.
d. Site plan approval shall be required by the appropriate municipal agency.
