The New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:21, as supplemented and amended, are incorporated herein by reference. Any standards set forth in the Long Hill Township Land Use Ordinance which are inconsistent with the RSIS are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
