Sidewalks shall be installed for all new developments in accordance with the Circulation and Sidewalk Plan Element of the Township Master Plan.

Sidewalks shall have a maximum four foot width and shall be located not less than four feet from the curbline, with a slope of 1/4 inch per foot toward the street.
