The Construction Official and Code Enforcement Officer and other Township officials and professionals shall, at reasonable times, be permitted access to inspect premises, buildings or structures, whether erected after the enactment of this Ordinance, already erected or in the course of erection, for the purpose of determining whether or not the provisions of this Ordinance have been or will be complied with.
