An appeal to the Township Committee from any final decision of the Board of Adjustment approving an application for a development pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d, shall be taken within 10 days of the date of publication of such final decision of the Board of Adjustment. Such appeal shall be made in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17.

An appeal from any other final decision of the Board of Adjustment may be taken only to the Superior Court pursuant to law.
