Any individual or agency designated by the governing body or approving authority may promulgate such rules and regulations as deemed necessary for the proper administration of this Ordinance subject to the approval, amendment, modification or repeal thereof by the governing body or approving authority. A copy of such rules and regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the Township Clerk, available for inspection by an interested party during business hours.
