The Land Use Application Checklist is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Land Use Application Checklist for Bulk Applications is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and is incorporated herein by reference.
The final determination as to whether this checklist is suitable for use with a specific application shall be made by the Planning and Zoning Coordinator.
