This Ordinance repeals all prior zoning, subdivision, site plan and related Ordinances governing land use in the Township. Any and all other Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with any of the terms of this Ordinance are hereby also repealed to such extent as they are so in conflict or inconsistent. However, the adoption of this Ordinance shall not prevent or bar the continuation or institution of any proceedings for offenses heretofore committed in violation of any existing Ordinances of the Township.
