It shall be the duty of the Construction Official and/or the Police Department to refer to the Code Enforcement Officer, for investigation, any complaint of a violation of this Ordinance, and it shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer to enforce the various provisions of this Ordinance and, if a violation is found to exist, to serve notice upon the owner of the violation and notify the Township Committee.
