The fact that provision is made herein for a Code Enforcement Officer who is empowered to enforce this Ordinance shall not preclude the filing of complaints and the issuance of legal process by the Construction Official, members of the Police Department and any other Township official or resident of this Township in connection with the enforcement of this Ordinance.
