A Board of Adjustment is hereby established in the Township pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., consisting of seven citizens of the Township appointed by the Township Committee as regular members and two citizens of the Township appointed by the Township Committee as alternate members.
