This section shall apply to wholesale establishment uses.

The establishment, expansion, or redevelopment of wholesale establishment uses shall be allowed as provided in the Matrix: Use Permissions and Parking Requirements and shall comply with the development standards of the zoning district, the general development standards, and this section.

In addition to the required off-street parking spaces, a separate loading area shall be required.

Loading areas shall be located on the interior side or rear of the building and shall be screened by a solid fence or wall at least six feet high which complies with the fences, walls and hedges section.

2.

The exterior of any fence or wall facing a street shall be landscaped as required by the landscaping and irrigation section.
