This section shall apply to service, office uses.

Service, office uses shall be allowed as provided in the Matrix: Use Permissions and Parking Requirements and shall comply with the development standards of the zoning district, the general development standards, and this section.

A.

Office service uses shall be limited to a maximum size of 5,000 square feet of gross floor area.

B.

Office service uses are prohibited if they exceed ten percent of the gross floor area of a multi-tenant building or buildings that comprise a unified complex or development.

C.

In zoning districts in which "retail sales and service" is an allowable use, "service, office" uses shall be regulated as "retail sales and service" and shall not be subject to the limitations of this section.
